Umkomaas Silver pairing Runners Up at 2016 Ladies KZN Interclub
The Umkomaas Silver Division pairing of Michelle van der Merwe and Sabiha Bacaus flew the club's flag brilliantly at the 2016 Ladies KZN Interclub held this past weekend at Selborne. With four seasons of weather across the 3-round tournament, the ladies kept their cool and played steady golf.
Shooting a gross of 266, just 7 shots off ultimate winners Victoria CC, the ladies were placed 2nd in their division. In addition, there superb round on Friday saw them nab both the Best Gross and Best Nett prizes for the second round.
