Annette & Sabiha help team to Inter-Region victory

Two of our Umkomaas girls, Sabiha Bacaus and Annette Gillett joined three girls from Toti Golf Club, and one each from Scottburgh, Margate and Port Shepstone, competing as the South Coast Region Mkhula team at this year's KZN Inter Region Finals. They took on the Northern Region at Boschoek Golf Club on Sunday. The team had mixed results but we're delighted to report that Annette and her partner, Lass Davis from Toti, and Sabiha, and her partner Debbie du Toit from Scottburgh, won their games, contributing to the overall victory for the team who hoisted the Plate trophy. The other SCR team, Umdoni, duked it out with Midlands for the Championship division and tied, bringing yet another trophy & honour to the South Coast.
